Staunton L.T. Golding

Staunton Golding is a co-founder and Managing Director of MBH Enterprises, Inc. At MBH, he primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital formation and structuring and strategic relationships. Prior to forming MBH, Staunton built his career in private equity, real estate, law, finance, and commercial transactions. From 1997 through 2002, Staunton was Executive Vice President and served on the Board of Directors of Sage Investment Holdings, a privately held hospitality company specializing in management, development, real estate investments and alternative assets, where he directed all acquisitions, alternative asset investments, capital transactions and corporate and project financing activity of the company. During his tenure at Sage, Staunton structured and directed over $250 million of investments while the company more than tripled its revenues and asset base. By the end of 2002, Sage operated in 28 states with annual revenues in excess of $300 million. Staunton previously practiced law in Denver at the firms of Holme Roberts and Owen, and Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf and Kelley. Staunton is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and currently serves and has previously served on boards of a bank, privately held companies and non-profit organizations. Staunton holds a JD from the University of Colorado School of Law and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.


Jeffrey L. Johnson

Jeff Johnson is a co-founder and Managing Director of MBH Enterprises, Inc. At MBH, Jeff principally concentrates on strategic planning, development of business processes and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to forming MBH, Jeff was co-founder and CEO of BELFOR USA Group, Inc., a full service contractor and disaster recovery firm operating throughout North America. When Jeff acquired the company in 1996, the business was producing annual revenues of $2 million. During the span of six years, as CEO, Jeff grew the business rapidly, leading a team that grew from 20 employees operating out of one location to over 1600 employees stationed in 53 locations throughout North America. At the time of Jeff's sale of BELFOR USA in 2002, the company was the largest disaster recovery and restoration company in the country, producing annual revenues in excess of $400 million. Jeff is active in the leadership of the Young Presidents Organization and is an active investor, board member, and advisor to many businesses. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.


Steven D. Gutterman

Steve Gutterman is a Managing Director of MBH Enterprises, Inc, where he serves a leadership role in deployment of operating systems, mergers and acquisitions and market channel development. He brings to MBH over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. Steve spent six years at E*TRADE Financial, where he served as EVP and COO of E*TRADE Bank, a $30 billion federally regulated thrift. In this capacity, he had direct P&L responsibility for all of E*TRADE's cash management and lending businesses, consisting of a $14 billion deposit business, a $5 billion mortgage and home equity business, the nation's largest originator of luxury boat and recreational vehicle loans, a $2 billion credit card business and a nationwide network of 15,000 automated teller machines. During his tenure, Steve improved profitability in his businesses by over 300%. Steve sits on the State of Colorado's Venture Capital Authority at the appointment of Governor Bill Ritter and serves on the boards of several educational and charitable institutions. He holds a JD/MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Tufts University.


Leo E. Jaschke

Leo Jaschke is the Chief Financial Officer of MBH Enterprises, Inc. In this capacity, he directs and oversees all accounting, finance and treasury functions of MBH and its subsidiaries. Leo has over 13 years experience within the multi-unit retail industry and in manufacturing of consumer packaged goods. Leo has built his career leading and performing accounting, finance and treasury functions for Denver-based companies including Ultimate Electronics, New World Restaurant Group, Boston Market, and Celestial Seasonings. During his tenure with these companies, responsibilities held and shared by Mr. Jaschke include forecasting, planning and analysis, treasury management, risk management, financial reporting, SEC reporting, system implementations, creation and development of accounting and finance teams, audit management, lease renewals, capital expenditures, 144A bond offering, road shows, equity presentations, re-capitalization, bank financing, chapter 11 bankruptcies, §363 sales, turnarounds, mergers, and an initial public offering. Mr. Jaschke holds an MBA from Daniels College of Business - University of Denver and a BS in Accounting with a Business Administration Minor from Minnesota State University - Mankato.


Kevin McCabe

Kevin McCabe is a VP of Operations for MBH Enterprises, Inc. He works closely with the leadership teams of MBH's subsidiaries to refine strategy and to enhance business and market channel development. Prior to joining MBH, Kevin was the Chief Operating Officer of Klingbeil Capital Management ("KCM"), a privately owned real estate investment and management company, with 8,000 apartment units located in California, Colorado, Florida and the Midwest. Before KCM, Kevin was a Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for United Dominion Realty Trust (NYSE: UDR), an apartment REIT with 80,000 units located throughout the United States. At UDR, Kevin created the strategic plan that provided the framework for the company's operational turnaround. Under Kevin's leadership, KCM and UDR consistently achieved superior income performance.

Kevin holds a B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a M.B.A. from the Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois.


Scott Zirbel

Scott Zirbel is a VP of Operations for MBH Enterprises, Inc. He works closely with MBH's operating partners to refine strategy and to execute on key marketing, technology and product development initiatives. Scott also serves as President of Synergy Services, a MBH subsidiary. In this role, Scott has guided revenue growth of over 50% annually for four consecutive years. Prior to joining Synergy, Scott led product marketing and strategy for Exterprise Inc., an early stage software company in Austin, Texas. Prior to Exterprise, Scott had a ten year career at AT&T, where he held various management positions in sales, marketing and product management.

Scott has served on numerous non-profit boards, was nominated to the Governor's Commission for Information Technology and is a graduate of the Leadership Denver Program. Scott received his undergraduate education in Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Denver.
